About us

Our aim is to bring innovative ideas to the bubble tea sector in France. Meticulous service and attention to customers are the keywords of our team.

A cozy atmosphere, as well as a charming environment, are there to welcome you.

Today, France counts more and more foreigners. However the supply of Taiwanese products remains weak. That's why we decided to open the first Taiwanese Wheel Cake Tea Room in Paris, entirely hand-painted in 2D.

Brand story

Why do we call ourselves "Zailai"?

We hope that our customers will come not only to take pictures of our orignal store, but also to taste our tasty sweets and snacks.

That's why "Zailai", which means "Return" in English.

The Chief traveled to southern Taiwan to learn the traditional recipies from a master of the local culinary art.

After continuous research and trials by the manager and the artisan chef, they were able to develop together a recipe adapted to European customers' expectations, while keeping the authentic taste.

During his trip, our Chief was able to discover various local specialties in Taiwan.

Zailai is the first tea room offering Wheel Cake in France. Created in a 2D concept, the entire store was hand drawn by professional French and Taiwanese designers.

Official opening at the end of 2021.
